Parameters

value: (IN) Specifies the value to rotate.
shift: (IN) Specifies the number of bits to rotate.

Return Values

Returns the rotated value.

Remarks

The rotr64 function rotates the unsigned long value to the right by the number of bits specified in the shift parameter.
