Sets the flag that causes the operating system to issue warnings if an attempt is made to unload the specified NLM with the UNLOAD command at the system console.

(IN) Specifies an NLM that is supplying services to other NLM applications. If a NULL pointer is passed, specifies the calling thread's NLM.
