Winsock has been integrated into LibC, which makes it easier to create applications using Winsock on NetWare® 5.x and NetWare 6. The Winsock headers found in LibC are not compatible with CLib. If you need to use Winsock with CLib, please refer to Winsock 2 Development Components for NetWare.
The Winsock documentation contained within LibC is not intended to be a tutorial on how to use Winsock. It contains only the NetWare specific information pertaining to the use of Winsock on NetWare. Information about Winsock is available at the following locations:
