The following instructions show the easiest way to delete print jobs on Printer Agents.
Open Windows Explorer.
Browse to SYS:NDPS\xxxxxxxx.psm.
If the PSM database is on a different volume browse to the PSM directory on that volume. There are subdirectories for each PA in this volume.
Execute DEL *.1 /s from the SYS:NDPS\xxxxxxxx.psm directory.
This will remove the data files from the spooling directories of all Printer Agents. When a Printer Agent detects that there is no associated data file for the job, the job is discarded.
Open Windows Explorer.
Browse to SYS:NDPS\xxxxxxxx.psm.
If the PSM database is on a different volume browse to the PSM directory on that volume. There are subdirectories for each PA in this volume.
Browse to the xxxxxxxx.PA directory of the Printer Agent whose jobs you want to delete and delete the *.1 files from the directory.
You can get the spooling directory name for a specific Printer Agent from the NDPS Manager console screen on the server. From the Printer Agent List, select the desired Printer Agent, then select Information. The Job Spool directory is listed near the bottom of the screen.
