Managing the Cache Device

An Excelerator XL 1.0 cache device can be configured and managed in the following ways:

• Using the device's System Controller from a workstation on the network.
• Through the Velocity management suite.

  NOTE:  Instructions for managing cache devices using the management suite are contained in the suite's product documentation.

• From the command line using an attached keyboard and monitor.
