When needed, you can forward Mailbox and Calendar items as attachments. This is typically useful for forwarding items that need to be replied to directly.
To forward a Mailbox or Calendar item as an attachment:
Right-click the item in the Mailbox list or on the Calendar and select.
When the message opens, you will see the selected item as an attachment at the bottom of the message window. You can currently only forward one item at a time.
Add recipients and any desired message content to the email.
NOTE:If a forwarded Mailbox item has attachments, those attachments will also be included when you forward it.
