19.4 Sharing a Calendar

You can share sub-calendars that are created under the GroupWise Calendar.

To share a calendar:

  1. Right-click the calendar that you want to share and select Sharing.

  2. Type in the names of the people you want to share the calender with and select them as they auto-fill.

  3. Select which permissions you want to grant to each individual (Add, Edit, Delete), and then click Save.

    NOTE:The option to share sub-folders is enabled by default, but you can deselect this option before saving if desired.

Users are sent a message saying you shared a folder or calendar with them. If you are shared a folder or calendar, you can accept the share in the notification message.
