When you open Find from the toolbar, all options are displayed. If you open Find from the Filter pull-down menu, the Find features are narrowed in scope to enable a quicker search. For example, if you have the Mailbox folder open and you select In Contacts from the Filter pull-down menu, the Find tool opens with only the “Find text” field and the Look in options in view, and with Contacts preselected. If at this point you enter part or all of contact’s name and click Find, the Find Results page will open showing all contacts that have text matching your entry.
