A common way to place items in the Tasklist is to move those items from other folders or from the Calendar. For example, you might receive an appointment for a meeting where you are expected to give a brief presentation. You can add that appointment to your Tasklist so it reminds you that you have a presentation coming up.
When you move an item (appointment, task, or note) from the Calendar, the item appears in both the Calendar and Tasklist.
When you move a mail message from a folder, the mail message is removed from the folder and only appears in the Tasklist.
Open the folder (or the Calendar) containing the item you want to move the Tasklist, then open that item.
You open a Calendar item by tapping it, just as you do an item in the Mailbox or another folder.
Tap , then tap.
In the dialog that appears, tap, then tap .
