Explanation
Copy error.
Possible Cause(s)
The user may not have rights to copy the specified file or directory. Errors
occurring during an explicit file copy function will be returned as this error
value.
Action(s)
Make sure the user has the necessary network rights to access the directories
or files in the post office. You can check user access rights to the file or
directory using the RIGHTS command. To find out what rights a user should have in
a post office, see Check Network Access for
Mapped Drive Connections.
Possible Cause(s)
If this error occurs in the GroupWise client in remote mode, there may be a
problem with the structure or content of the remote Mailbox. For example, copying
a GroupWise installation from one laptop to another might introduce this
problem.
Action(s)
Delete the ROFDATA directory on the remote
computer, then request all information from the Master Mailbox again. See Remote Client Mailbox.
Action(s)
Reinstall GroupWise on the remote computer. Look up "remote client" in
GroupWise Administrator Help, then display Enable Remote Capabilities and GroupWise
Remote Mailbox.
