Possible Cause(s)
TCP/IP is not loaded on the workstation or is not loaded correctly. The TCP
port is already in use by another process.
Action(s)
Configure TCP/IP on the workstation correctly. If this error occurs on a
NetWare server, make sure you have the latest version of the TCPIP NLM.

Reboot the workstation.
