When you install Novell Teaming in an environment where eDirectory and GroupWise are already set up, the products interact in the following ways:
Teaming can use eDirectory for LDAP authentication of Teaming users. This means that you do not need to create Teaming users manually. Teaming can create its user accounts based on the users that already exist in eDirectory.
Teaming can use GroupWise as its integrated e-mail system. This means that e-mail messages sent from the Teaming site are delivered to GroupWise mailboxes. It also means that GroupWise users can post items to Teaming folders by sending e-mail messages to Teaming folders.
Teaming information can be displayed in the GroupWise Windows client.
