Unable to get configuration information from Site Addressing object while initializing the gateway

Source:  GroupWise Exchange Gateway.

Explanation:  The Microsoft Exchange server services might not be running.

Action:  Run the Microsoft Exchange server services as described in Configuring the Exchange Side of the Exchange Gateway, then restart the gateway.
