Possible Cause:  Invalid file path.

Action:  Make sure the gateway has network access and rights to the GroupWise domain directory, Notes/Domino server, and any directories to which you have redirected files. See Meeting Installation Prerequisites and Using Notes Gateway Startup Switches.
