2.0 Using the Pre-Identity Manager 3.5 Policy Builder
Designer contains two policy builder, the pre-Identity Manager 3.5 Policy Builder and the Identity Manager 3.5 and later Policy Builder. The Policy Builders are similar except for:

You can only enable and disable trace at the driver level in the pre-Identity Manager 3.5 Policy Builder.

The DirXML Script elements are different between the two builders.
These differences require two Policy Builders. For information on how to use both Policy Builders, see Section 3.0, Managing Policies with the Policy Builder. This documents the Identity Manager 3.5 and Later Policy Builder. The only difference is an additional icon that enables
and disables
tracing on rules, actions, conditions, and tokens.
