To run reports on your iFolder system, go to the iFolder Management Console and click Reporting.
iFolder lets you run reports on individual user accounts, iFolder and LDAP server usage, and such general information about your system as the total number of users, the total disk quota, and the total disk space that is being used.
To run a report, click either iFolder Servers, User LDAPs, or User Accounts on the left-hand side of the screen. Next, click the Export button and save the displayed data to your hard drive in a HTM format. From there, you can import the data from the HTM file to another application, like Microsoft* Excel, to create graphs and reports.
