Cannot Create Microsoft
Word Files on a Mapped Drive
Problem:
Users cannot create files using Microsoft Word on the mapped
drive on the FTP server.
Possible Cause:
Your FTP server might not support filenames that have a tilde
(~).
Action:
You need to configure NetDrive to remove or replace tildes
when connecting to your FTP Web server.
To configure NetDrive: Select your FTP site in the NetDrive
Main Window, click Advanced > File Names.
