In an iFolder client for Linux, all the iFolders on the server are not displayed in the GUI if more than one iFolder exist on the server after you download the iFolders to your local machine. In this case, the first iFolder name in the alphabetically sorted list is not displayed under list in the iFolder GUI.
There is no display issues if only a single iFolder exists on the server after downloading the iFolders.
The workaround for this issue is to logout from the current account and login again.
