HTTP 404 Error

If you receive this error the first time you attempt to access iManager, you need to unconfigure NPS for iManager and then reconfigure it.

  1. Use a Web browser to connect to the exteNd DirectorTM Configuration wizard. Enter the following URL

    https://<ip_address>/nps/servlet/configure

    Replace <ip_address> with the IP address of the server where you installed iManager.

  2. In the Welcome page, click the Current Configuration button.

  3. Click the Unconfigure button.

    You are asked for the credentials of the user that installed iManager (the Portal Admin). Follow any other on-screen instructions.
