3.1 Accessing iManager

  1. In a supported Web browser, enter the following in the Address (URL) field:

    http://server_IP_address/iManager.html

    For example:

    http://127.0.0.1/iManager.html

    You might be redirected to an HTTPS secure page.

    IMPORTANT:URLs are case sensitive.

    If iManager is not running on standard ports, specify the port it is running on. For example, if you are using Linux without Apache, the URL is http:// server_IP_:port/imanager.html or https://server_IP_:port/iManager.html.

  2. Log in using your username, password, and eDirectory™ tree name.

    Specify your username with context, but excluding a leading dot (for example: admin.novell.) You can also substitute the IP address of an eDirectory server for the tree name, if desired.
