When you install iManager plug-ins, sometimes either the installation hangs or the plug-ins are not properly installed.
Work around
Log out from iManager.
Clear the browser’s cache.
For Internet Explorer, do the following:
Click
. The Internet Options dialog box is displayed.Under the
tab, under , click Delete.For Firefox, do the following:
Click
. The Clear Private Data dialog box is displayed.Select
and click .Log in to iManager.
Re-install the plug-ins.
For Windows:
Exit iManager.
Browse for C:\Users\<username>\AppData\<Profile>\Mozilla\eclipse\Cache (the path varies depending on the configuration and OS).
Delete all the data from the Cache directory.
Restart iManager.
For Linux:
Exit iManager.
Browse for one of the following:
/root/.mozilla/eclipse/Cache (for root user)
/$HOME/.mozilla/eclipse/Cache (for non-root user)
Delete all the data from the Cache directory.
Restart iManager.
