For desktop quality printing for Microsoft Office and PDF documents, you must install iPrint Windows Renderer on a Microsoft Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 8.1/Windows 2008 R2 or Windows 2012 R2 64-bit with a dual-core processor system.
NOTE:Until iPrint Appliance 1.0.1, Adobe Acrobat Pro was mandatory to render PDF documents using the iPrint Windows Renderer. Starting with iPrint Appliance 1.0.1 Patch 1, the iPrint Windows Renderer is bundled with an in-built PDF renderer. By default, PDF documents are rendered using the in-built PDF renderer. However, you can also use Adobe Acrobat Pro for PDF rendering by installing Adobe Acrobat Pro on the Windows machine where the iPrint Windows Renderer is installed, and modifying the iPrintRenderer.conf file.
