The Novell® JVM 1.4.1 for NetWare® (NJVM) runs Java* applications, servlets, and applets in a NetWare environment. The NetWare Graphical User Interface (GUI) lets users run graphical applications. NJVM also lets you export the display of X Client programs to any machine running an X server.
NJVM contains the following features:
Multiserver install capabilities, which speeds up the installation process.
Java does not need to be loaded to run the NetWare GUI.
The GUI TaskBar is written in C++, improves performance, adds functionality, and requires less memory.
The Server Console Utility lets you load multiple server consoles on the NetWare GUI. This lets you view all NetWare screens simultaneously.
