When mapping a Teaming folder as a WebDAV folder on Windows 7, consider the following:
Successful mapping of a Teaming folder does not ensure that the Edit-in-Place feature on single files will also work, as described in Using WebDAV to Edit Individual Files
in the .
For example, if you map a Teaming folder using Basic Authentication over HTTP (with the required registry change to the client computer), then attempt to edit a file using Microsoft Office 2010, it will fail to open the file because Microsoft Office 2010 does not work with Basic Authentication over HTTP.
When mapping a Teaming folder over HTTPS, you must ensure that all Teaming server certificate requirements are met, as described in Section 6.1.2, Meeting Teaming Certificate Requirements on Windows 7.
