Possible Cause: LDAP extension not added

Action: Add LDAP extension using kdb5_util. For example,

kdb5_util -D cn=admin,o=org -w secret ldapxtn_info -add

Possible Cause: LDAP extension not loaded

Action: Load LDAP extension by restarting the LDAP server
