This UIHandlerss appendix describes the User Interface (UI) Handlers used in Novell® eGuide. UI Handlers display information from the LDAP data source in a specific or customized fashion.
UI Handlers can also be created and customized to meet individual needs. For example, one company might want to display a user's e-mail address as a clickable link while another company might want to display the information as static text.
eGuide comes with a base set of UI Handlers. UI Handlers can be associated with either the Attribute Name itself or the LDAP Directory Syntax.
