Device Change History
Change Date: Date on which the device is changed.
Change New Value: The new field value.

General Device Attributes
Are Virtual Machines Hosted: Specifies whether Virtual Machines are hosted on this device or not.
Device ZUID: A unique ID that identifies a device in the ZENworks environment.
DNS Name: The DNS name of the device.
Entered User Email: The email address of the user.
Entered User Fax: The fax number of the user.
Entered User First Name: The first name of the user.
Entered User Last Name: The last name of the user.
Entered User Middle Name: The middle name of the user.
Entered User Name: The first, middle, and last names of the user.
Entered User Phone: The phone number of the user.
Inventory Type: The inventory type of the device.
Is Machine Virtual: Specifies if this is a virtual machine or not.
Login Name: The login name of the last logged in user.
Machine GUID: A unique ID that identifies a managed device in the ZENworks environment.
Machine Name: The machine name of the device.
Platform: The basic device platform – Windows, Linux, and so on.
Primary User Name: The primary user of the device based on an authoritative source.
Virtual Machine Type: Type of the virtual machine, such as VMWare and Virtual PC.
Guest VM Count: Number of Virtual Machines on a particular device.
Managed Device Count: Number of managed devices with inventory processed.
System Profile
Available Memory Slots: The number of open memory slots.
Building: The building where the device is located.
Cost Center: The cost center associated with the device.
CPU Product Name: The product name of the CPU.
CPU Speed (MHz): The speed of the CPU.
Default Gateway: The default network gateway for the device.
Department: The department associated with the device.
Floor: The floor in the building where the device is located.
Free Disk Space (MB): Total free hard disk space on the device.
Hard Disk Space (MB): Total hard disk space on the device.
IP Address: IP address of the device.
LAN Address: The LAN address of the device.
Operating System: Operating system manufacturer, product name, and version.
OS Build: The build number of the operating system.
OS Manufacturer: The manufacturer of the operating system.
OS Product Name: The product name of the operating system.

Device Create Date: Date on whichDate on which device data was created.

AC Power Policy
IDle Action Policy: Based on the power policy, a device might change to an idle state if it is not used for a period of time. The possible values are Hibernate, Sleep, Standby, None, and so on.
IDle Hard disk Timeout (Minutes): Based on the power policy, if a device is not used for a period of time (in minutes), the hard disk might be turned off.
IDle monitor timeout (Minutes): Based on the power policy, if a device is not used for a period of time (in minutes), the monitor might be turned off.
System hibernate timeout (Minutes): Based on the power policy, if a device is not used for a period of time (in minutes), the device might be hibernate.
System standby timeout (Minutes): Based on the power policy, if a device is not used for a period of time (in minutes), the device might be change to standby state.
BIOS
BIOS DMI Version: The version of the Desktop Management Interface (DMI) System Management BIOS (SMBIOS).
BIOS Family: The Basic Input or Output System (BIOS) family.
BIOS Release Date: The release date of the BIOS.
BIOS Version: The version of the BIOS.
Is ACPI Supported: Specifies whether Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) is supported or not.

CD or DVD Drives: The details of the CD or DVD drives.
CD or DVD Device Type: The drive device type – CD Reader, DVD ROM, CDR, and so on.

Disk Drive Count: Number of disk drives in a device.

Disk Space (MB): Total disk capacity.
Is SMART Supported: Specifies whether the Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology (SMART) is supported by disk drive or not.
Logical Drives: A list of drive letters on this disk.
Floppy Drives
Floppy Capacity (MB): The storage capacity of the drive.
Floppy Drive Letter: The drive letter of the floppy.
Keyboards
Keyboard Interface Type: The drive interface type – PS/2, USB, and unknown.
LAN Adapters
IP Address (Adapter): IP address that is mapped to the adapter.
LAN Adapter Count: Number of LAN adapters for a device.
LAN Address (Adapter): The 48-bit Ethernet address associated with this card.
Subnet Mask (Adapter): The subnet masks that are assigned to this adapter.
Logical Drives
Available Space (MB): The free space available on this drive.
Drive Letter: The drive letter.

File System: The file system type – FAT, FAT32, NTFS, and so on.
Is Drive Remote: Specifies whether the logical drive remote is connected to the device.

Is ECC Present: Specifies whether error checking and correction are available.

Boot Drive Letter: The drive from which the OS started (without a colon).

Additional SW Info: Additional details of the software.
Anti-Spyware Definition: The version of the anti-spyware definition file.
Anti-Spyware Engine: The version of the anti-spyware recognition engine.
Anti-Virus Definition: The version of the anti-virus definition file.
Anti-Virus Engine: The version of the anti-virus recognition engine.
Build Number: The application build number, if recorded.
Path: The path to the folder where the software resides.
Mobile App Details
App Package Name: Displays the package name that is associated with the app.
Application ID: Displays the Application ID.
Platform: Displays the platform of the app.
Is VPP App: Displays Yes if the app is managed by the Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP).
Is Enterprise App: Displays whether the app is trusted or not. If the app is not installed from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS), then it is considered as a not trusted app.
App Type: Displays the type of app. The app type can be any one of the following:
System: Apps that are either a part of the operating system or installed on the device by the device manufacturer. System apps are displayed only for Android devices.
Managed: Apps that are managed through ZENworks.
Non-managed: Apps that are installed by the user that are not managed through ZENworks.
Cost of App: Displays the cost associated with the app. The app can be free, free with in-app purchases or paid.
App Store: Displays whether the app is downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
App Size (in MB): Displays the size of the app in MBs.
App Data Size (in MB): Displays the app data size in MBs.
App Region: Displays the region where the app was installed.
App Short Version: Displays short version number of the app.
Number of Enterprise Apps: Displays the total number of apps installed via Android Enterprise.
Number of non-managed Apps: Displays total number of non-managed apps.
Number of Managed Apps: Displays the total number of managed apps.
Number of System Apps: Displays the total number of system apps.
Number of VPP Apps: Displays the total number of app installed via Apple VPP.
Number of Apps: Displays the total number of app installed on the device.
Total App Size: Displays the total size of the app.
