ZENworks Service Desk enables the integration of ZENworks with ZENworks Service Desk. ZENworks Service Desk can be configured to work seamlessly with the ZENworks Configuration Management tool, which allows ZENworks Service Desk users to use the ZENworks tool to efficiently and quickly resolve incidents for a device.
IMPORTANT:You must ensure that the time on the ZENworks Service Desk server, the server hosting the user source, and the ZENworks Primary Server that is configured for the ZENworks Service Desk server is synchronized.
