Possible Cause:  An attempt was made to overwrite a locked file belonging to a file group that does not have the Potentially Locked or Shared property set to Yes.

Possible Cause:  An attempt was made to install a file with a long file name (or to a folder with a long path name) in a 16-bit setup.

Possible Cause:  The path to the target folder is invalid.
