Before installing Novell BorderManager 3.7 you need to go through the End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA in the either of following languages English, Portugese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Czech, Polish and Dutch is present in the relevent language folder under root of the CD > \LICENSE.
