Ensure that filtsrv.nlm is loaded. If it is not, load filtserv.nlm.

Go to the system console and enter filtsrv_backup_filters filename

The filters are backed up to the filename provided earlier. If no filename is provided, the filters are backed up to sys:\etc/filters.bak.
