Overview of Branch Office Management Tools

The appliance can be managed in the following ways:

• Through Novell^® Nterprise^TM Branch Office^TM Web Administrator, a browser-based management tool
• From the command line through an attached keyboard and monitor

IMPORTANT:  After the appliance has been initialized with an IP address and mask, you can administer it over the network using either of the above options on any client that can communicate with it over IP.

Until you have initialized the appliance, you must use the command line and an attached keyboard and monitor.
