Nterprise Branch Office now includes Virtual Office as the end-user portal. This means that users already familiar with Virtual Office at the central office will already be familiar with the interface.
From the End User Web Access page of the Web Administrator, you can select the corporate name and logo you want to appear in the upper-left corner of Virtual Office. You can also set a list of shared links that will be displayed in My Web Links in Virtual Office. This is useful if your company has links that everyone in the company accesses frequently, like your corporate Web page or corporate benefits page.
Click Configuration > End User Web Access.
Type the information you want displayed to users in Virtual Office (Web-based user interface, formerly called the Nterprise Branch Office Portal).
You can display your company name, home page, and logo.
If you click Upload Logo, the logo is uploaded even though there is no indication that the upload occurred. The logo might not be displayed correctly on the End User Web Access page even though it displays correctly in Virtual Office. This issue will be fixed in a future release.
If you need to restore your appliance after a hardware or data failure, the corporate logo graphic might need to be restored after the appliance has been restored.
HINT: If you want to customize the look and feel of your portal, place images in the sys:\webapps\nps\addons folder so that they are backed up.
(Optional) If you want the entire portal user session to be in secure mode (https), check Make User Session Secure by Default.
(Optional) If you want only the login to be in secure mode (https), check Make User Login Secure by Default.
After logging in, the session will continue in nonsecure mode (http).
Click Apply All Settings when you have finished updating settings.
(Optional) If you want a set of shared links to be displayed in Virtual Office, specify the addresses for these Web sites.
