Possible Cause: The entries must be the last few entries in a large directory, and it must be the first lookup in the directory for which shadow entries do not exist.
Action: We recommend a complete building of shadow entries for the volume.
After importing the volume, load toolbox.nlm on the server.
Using toolbox.nlm, change the current working directory to the root directory of the volume imported.
Create the shadow entries for all directories in the volume by executing dir /s, the recursive directory browsing command of toolbox.nlm.
