Reverse Charging Acceptance is an optional user facility that is established for a specified period of time. This facility authorizes the network to present incoming reverse-charged calls to the called DTE. When Reverse Charging Acceptance is not set, the DCE does not transmit incoming calls that request Reverse Charging.
