Like other Web browsers, Firefox keeps a history of the Web sites you have visited, making it easier to go find these sites again later.
Press Ctrl+H to open the History frame.

You can browse the history, which is recorded by days. You can also search through your browser history. To view a Web site accessed on a particular day, click that day.
When you enter a search word, Firefox searches the browser history for sites containing your search term. A search results list is returned displaying all visited sites containing your search term.
To the right of the Search string field, click
to display a menu that lets you sort the sites in your history in other ways.
