If you need to change the language that was defined during the initial installation of a Novell® Linux Point of Service Administration Server or Branch Server, you can do so by rerunning the YaST utility and selecting a different system language. However, you must also manually copy the RPMs required to support the features you are running on the server (such as the KDE or GNOME desktop or the Mozilla browser) and modify the system language file.
