Planning Instructions

1. If you have not already done so, print the PDF version of the "NNLS Planning Worksheet" located in the Novell Nterprise Linux Services Installation Guide.

2. On the worksheet, record the eDirectory^TM address on the server that Virtual Office will use and the admin name and password the install script will use to install Virtual Office.

3. Record the NetStorage information on the worksheet.

   This information will be used to create:

   • The primary authentication domain that NetStorage uses for authenticating users seeking access.
   • An optional iFolder^® Storage Provider link so that users can access iFolder through NetStorage.

4. (Optional) Although not included on the installation planning worksheet, if you plan to configure Virtual Office to provide links to file, print, e-mail, or other services that are not installed on the same NNLS server as Virtual Office is, you might want to identify the IP address and other information for those services.
