1.6 Inviting People to the Meeting When You Are an Attendee

Attendees can invite other people to the meeting if the host has enabled the Attendee Invite feature.

  1. Join the meeting.

    For information on how to join a meeting, see Section 1.8, Joining a Meeting.

  2. In the meeting console, click your name and select Invite Others to this Meeting from the drop-down menu.

  3. In the Meeting Invitations dialog box, specify the e-mail addresses.

  4. Click Local email to use your e-mail client to send the invitation.

    or

    Click Conferencing email to have Novell Conferencing send the invitation.
