In this field, type a name for the new Group object.
- Make sure you follow standard object naming conventions.
- This is the name by which the group can be referenced in the conditional logic of login scripts.
- The name can be up to 64 characters long.
- The name is stored in the NDS* database as the naming attribute of the Group object.

- Check this check box if you want to assign additional (optional) properties to the new Group object as part of the object creation process.
For example, you might want to assign members to the group.
- If you prefer to assign additional properties later, leave this check box blank.

- Check this check box if you want to create another Group object in the same container as soon as you are done creating this one.
- Otherwise, uncheck this check box (this is the default).

- Members you assign to a group are automatically security equivalent to the Group object.
