Explanation: When a volume was created, something prevented the creation of the corresponding Volume object in Novell eDirectory. NetWare then attempted but failed to delete the physical volume, to maintain consistency with eDirectory.
Action: Upgrade the mounted volume into the eDirectory. Using ConsoleOne, select Tools > Disk Management.
