Case Insensitive Naming Convention

IMPORTANT:Because Linux treats filenames as case sensitive, when using NSS volumes on Linux, make sure to mount the volume with the Long name space (ns=long) option so that file queries are case insensitive. A paragraph was added to explain how to place the mount command in the /etc/fstab file to automatically mount the volume as case insensitve whenever you restart the system.

When using Samba, you should mount NSS volumes with the Long name space to improve performance.

For NetWare: 255 plus the sys: volume.

You can mount NSS volumes beyond 256, but they are not visable or accessible through the normal Netware APIs.
