The _admin:\manage_nss\files.cmd file is visible to users, but they cannot delete this file nor modify its properties. You should set trustee rights to prevent users from seeing this volume. For information, see Section 15.1, Controlling Access to the Admin Volume and Files.cmd (NetWare).
