There are a number of components that must be restarted in a specific order. Use the xadcntrl reload command to reload them. This command will stop and start the services in the specific order.

xad-kpasswdd (Kpassword)
xadsd (XAD daemon)
nmb (NMB server, NETBIOS lookup)

sshd (SSH)
rsyncd (rsync)
