NetStorage provides secure Internet-based access to files and folders on a Novell Open Enterprise Server (OES) 11 SP3 server on your network by using either a browser or Microsoft Web Folders (Microsoft’s implementation of WebDAV). If the OES 11 SP3 server running NetStorage goes down, Internet-based access to files and folders is not possible. Configuring NetStorage with Novell Cluster Services helps ensure that Internet-based access to files and folders can continue even if a server running NetStorage goes down.
