Thomas installed a Xerox* printer on his workstation. His print jobs are not printing correctly. The printout contains different ASCII characters instead of the text in his document.
Complete the procedure in Section 6.1, Example 1: No Printer Output.
You do not see any errors. You know that the printer is healthy, print jobs are being received by the iPrint Manager, and the iPrint Manager is forwarding the jobs to the printer.
On the Printer Agent page of the iPrint Manager Health Monitor, scroll down and look at the printer drivers that are being used.
Thomas is printing from a Windows 7 64-bit workstation, and you can see the wrong printer driver is installed.
Using Novell® iManager, associate the correct printer driver for this printer and have Thomas reinstall the printer.
