After applying the January or March 2010 maintenance patches for OES 2 SP1 or OES 2 SP2, some Novell Cluster Services nodes reboot randomly.
This problem was caused by a code error in the NCS timer interruption handler. A fix is available. For information, see Novell Cluster Services Nodes Rebooting Randomly after March 2010 Updates (TID 7005916) on the Novell Support Web site.
This issue has been resolved in OES 2 SP3.
