You can use the /opt/novell/ncs/bin/ncs-configd.py script to push configuration updates to all nodes in a cluster.
Syntax
As the root user, enter
/opt/novell/ncs/bin/ncs-configd.py -init
OES Cluster Services can be running or not running when you issue the command.
