Configuring the Session

Configure the session for your network by following the onscreen prompts. The following procedure illustrates one possible configuration.

  1. Select a host.

  4. Type a host IP address and Telnet port.

  5. Select a type of file transfer.

  6. Confirm the configuration for the session.

  7. Click File > Save Session As.

  8. Type a filename for the session, then click Save.

    Remember the filename (in this illustration, SESSION1.EDP).

  9. Click Options > Global Preferences.

  10. Click Advanced, then double-click A.

  11. Double-click the session file that was just created, click OK, then close the emulator.
