You can move the start commands for password-protected applications from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run to the \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup group.
However, this option has a drawback. Applications in the startup group can start in any order, and they do not need to finish loading before any other application starts running. Therefore, applications in the users' startup group occasionally start before SecureLogin.
